Head - BD and Proposals (EPC projects)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and identify upcoming EPC projects in infrastructure, industrial, solar, and oil & gas sectors.
2. Track government and private tenders, RFQs, and RFPs to build a robust project pipeline.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in public and private organizations.
4. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
5. Maintain CRM of leads, prospects, and key contacts.
6. Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and proposals teams to prepare competitive bids.
7. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, client negotiations and ensure timely submissions of EoIs, pre-qualifications, and tenders.
8. Identify and onboard strategic partners, JVs, and subcontractors; draft MoUs and NDAs.
9. Support business tie-ups and international expansion initiatives, if applicable.
10. Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline, win/loss analysis, and prepare BD reports, forecasts, and dashboards for strategy planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with 8–15 years’ BD experience in EPC; MBA in Marketing/Business is a plus.

Head - Project Controls and MIS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project, defining WBS, milestones, and dependencies.
2. Conduct schedule reviews and perform CPM/float analysis to ensure alignment across functions.
3. Prepare and monitor project budgets, track costs, and analyze variances; implement EVMS (SPI/CPI).
4. Track physical and financial progress; generate dashboards, S-curves, and performance reports.
5. Plan and monitor manpower and resources; analyze productivity trends and recommend improvements.
6. Manage project changes, variations, and their impact, update schedules and budgets post-approval.
7. Maintain risk register and support risk mitigation planning; perform delay impact analyses (TIA).
8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors for schedule and cost inputs.
9. Support project managers in progress reviews, client presentations, and planning/control meetings.
10. Ensure timely closure of actions and maintain schedule and cost performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with 8–15 years of experience in EPC.
