Ravi Swaminathan is the Founder and Vice-Chairman of TVS ILP. Academically, he is a chartered accountant. In early 2000’s, he partnered with the family of TVS Mobility Group and founded TVS Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. which is today known as TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks Ltd.

Under his leadership, TVS ILP pioneered the expansion of the Indian Grade A warehousing industry in Tier 2 and 3 cities and developed an innovative business model. He is also a significant investor in TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd.

S Ravichandran is a specialist in the logistics industry, particularly in the automobile sector. He has experience of 43 years, of which he has spent the last 28 years in the supply chain sector.

He was the pioneer in implementation of the logistics principles in the Indian auto industry. He has been serving as a director on the board of TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks since 2007.

V. T. Chandra Sekhar Rao is a highly respected professional with a long-standing and impactful career in engineering, construction, and project management. Known for his visionary leadership, he has consistently delivered excellence across complex, large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. His deep expertise in project governance, contract management, and risk mitigation has made him a trusted leader in the EPC domain. With a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for continuous learning, he blends technical expertise with people-centric leadership. His ability to drive innovation, ensure quality, and manage risk has made him a trusted name in the industry. He is admired for his integrity, clarity of thought, and collaborative approach.

He holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, an M.E. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from BIT Mesra, and a Postgraduate Certification in Executive Coaching from the Coaching Foundation of India.

Mr. Kota Rajendra Vara Prasad is a seasoned leader in the construction and infrastructure industry, bringing over three decades of experience across India and the Middle East. He has played a pivotal role in delivering landmark projects across airport, residential, and commercial sectors, consistently ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Widely respected for his strategic vision and operational excellence, he brings deep expertise in operations excellence, project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable development in large-scale infrastructure initiatives. He holds a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from JNTU Kakinada and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Andhra University.

Arul Murugan has 22+years of Project management and Construction management experience with more than one decade of experience in Real Estate Solutions including various domains like industrial projects, commercial, residential, information technology and hospitality sector Projects.

He has exposure to PAN India locations like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, AP, Odisha, Maharashtra and has worked with organizations like TATA Consulting Engineers, Cushman & Wakefield. He has completed his B.E and M.E from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai.

K. Subbarayan has 25 years of experience in design, coordination, planning, and contract.

He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil.

Sathyamoorthy brings over 15+ years of experience in overseeing and optimising the procurement process within an organisation. He has diverse and end to end work experience in cost management, budgeting, negotiating, tendering, etc in project procurement and sub-contracting.
